Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every fence we build is quoted, scheduled and installed for a specific property, this policy explains how deposits, cancellations and refunds work at Price Fencing Contractor LLC. We want every customer to understand exactly where their money stands before, during and after the job.
Free estimates
On-site estimates are always free. Nothing is owed and no deposit is taken until you review and accept a written quote for your property.
Deposits & cancelling before work begins
Once you accept a quote we collect a deposit to reserve your install date and order material. You may cancel for a full refund of your deposit up to 72 hours before the scheduled start date, before we have purchased job-specific material — just call us at (850) 623-4187.
After material is ordered or work has started
Once we have bought material cut or stocked for your job, or the crew has begun the install, that material and labor are committed to your property and cannot be resold. If you cancel inside that window, we refund your deposit minus the documented cost of material and labor already committed to your job.
If the finished work is not right
If the completed fence does not match the written quote you approved, tell us and we will correct the work at no additional charge. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. Warranty on workmanship is discussed and put in writing with your estimate.
No online purchases
We do not sell any product for online purchase or shipment. There are no online orders, digital goods, or shipped items to return — every transaction is an on-site fence installation or repair at the customer's property.
