These terms govern the fence installation and repair services provided by Price Fencing Contractor LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company based at 5484 Jones Street, Milton, FL 32570. By requesting an estimate or hiring us for work, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

We provide on-site fence installation and repair — wood, vinyl/PVC, chain-link and aluminum fencing, gates, and related repairs — for residential and light-commercial properties in Milton, Pace and greater Santa Rosa County, Florida. All work is performed physically at the customer's property. We do not sell products for online purchase or shipment.

Estimates & quotes

On-site estimates are free. Prices shown on this website are general ranges; your binding price is the written quote we provide after measuring your property. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may change if the scope, footage, material or site conditions change.

Scheduling & deposits

Accepted quotes are scheduled after a deposit is received to reserve your date and order material. You are responsible for identifying property lines, marking private utilities/irrigation, and obtaining any HOA approval; we will assist with locating public utilities and pulling permits where required by Santa Rosa County.

Payment

The deposit is due at scheduling and the balance is due on completion of the work, payable by check, card or cash. We do not process payment through this website.

Workmanship & warranty

We warrant our workmanship as stated in your written estimate. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you. The warranty does not cover damage from storms, floods, vehicle impact, ground shifting, or third-party alteration of the fence after installation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
